Training Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 17th February 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all training programmes delivered by The Secret Training Rooms Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), including but not limited to online courses, hybrid programmes, in-person training days, accredited diplomas, workshops, and future training offerings.

By enrolling in any programme, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility & Entry Requirements

1.1 Certain programmes require prior qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology and/or a recognised bodywork qualification).
1.2 It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure they meet the stated prerequisites.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse or revoke enrolment if entry requirements are not met or information provided is inaccurate.

2. Applications & Enrolment

2.1 Some programmes operate via application to ensure suitability and readiness.
2.2 Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
2.3 A place is confirmed only upon acceptance and receipt of payment (or payment plan agreement).

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Full payment or the first instalment of a payment plan is required to secure a place.
3.2 Payment plans are legally binding agreements. All instalments must be paid in full, regardless of course completion.
3.3 Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access and withholding of certification.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Online Programmes

Due to the digital nature of online training, access to course materials constitutes commencement of service.

Refunds are not provided once access has been granted, except where required by law.

4.2 Hybrid or In-Person Training

If you cancel:
• Within 28 days of the practical date – payments are non-refundable.
• Within 14 days – no refund or transfer is guaranteed.

Transfers to a future intake may be offered at our discretion.

4.3 Company Cancellation

If we must cancel or reschedule a training date, you will be offered:

• A transfer to a future date
• Or a refund of fees paid for the affected portion

We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.

5. Completion & Certification

5.1 Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of all required components, including:

• Online modules
• Knowledge assessments
• Practical observation (where applicable)
• Case study submission (where applicable)

5.2 Attendance alone does not guarantee certification.
5.3 We reserve the right to withhold certification where competency standards are not met.

6. Scope of Practice

6.1 Training programmes define a specific scope of practice.
6.2 Graduates are responsible for practising within that scope and ensuring appropriate insurance coverage.
6.3 Completion of training does not authorise medical diagnosis or treatment.

7. Professional Conduct

7.1 Participants are expected to behave professionally during training.
7.2 Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund.
7.3 Respectful communication within group settings is required.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All course materials remain the intellectual property of The Secret Training Rooms Limited.
8.2 Materials may not be copied, recorded, shared, distributed, or taught without written permission.
8.3 Login details for online platforms must not be shared.

9. Access to Online Materials

9.1 Online course access duration will be specified at enrolment.
9.2 Access may be revoked if payment obligations are not fulfilled.
9.3 We reserve the right to update course materials at any time.

10. Practical Training & Health Requirements

10.1 Participants must disclose relevant health conditions prior to attending practical sessions.
10.2 If a participant is unwell or presents with infection, attendance may not be permitted.
10.3 It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are fit to participate in hands-on practical training.

11. Insurance & Regulatory Responsibility

11.1 Participants are responsible for confirming insurance eligibility for treatments within their scope.
11.2 Accreditation or certification does not replace professional insurance requirements.

12. Data Protection

12.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR.
12.2 Data is used for course administration, communication, and certification purposes.
12.3 We do not sell or distribute participant data to third parties.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Training is provided for educational purposes.
13.2 We are not liable for how participants apply knowledge in their own practice.
13.3 Participants remain responsible for clinical decisions and professional conduct.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
