About your Educator
I'm Carol Anne, a clinic owner, therapist, mentor and international educator with over 20 years' experience in the therapy industry.
When I first trained in lymphatic drainage back in 2007, it was often marketed as a treatment for detoxification, slimming and body sculpting. Like many therapists, I learnt the routine but not always the reasoning behind it.
Throughout my career, I've worked in luxury spas, aboard super yachts, and trained therapists internationally. Those experiences showed me that, in many parts of the world, lymphatic treatments weren't viewed as a trend. They were grounded in a much deeper understanding of the lymphatic system and adapted to the individual sitting in front of you.
That completely changed the way I practised. Years later, as Brazilian Lymphatic Sculpting Massage became increasingly popular across the UK, I understood why clients loved the treatment. But I also saw therapists being taught routines without understanding the purpose behind each movement.
My goal isn't simply to teach you a treatment sequence. It's to help you understand the why behind every technique, so you can adapt your approach, treat with confidence, and deliver exceptional results for every client you see. Because understanding creates better therapists.

This course qualifies you to offer Brazilian Lymphatic Sculpting Massage as an aesthetic body treatment.
Throughout the training, you'll learn the lymphatic principles that underpin the treatment, along with body brushing, fascial release, sculpting massage and wooden tool techniques. While lymphatic drainage forms part of the treatment protocol, this course does not qualify you to offer clinical Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) as a standalone treatment.
If you would like to treat clients with lymphoedema, lipoedema, post-operative swelling or other clinical lymphatic conditions, we recommend completing our Comprehensive Manual Lymphatic Drainage Diploma, which explores the lymphatic system in much greater depth and prepares you to assess and adapt treatments for a wide range of therapeutic presentations.
Many therapists choose to complete both courses, allowing them to confidently offer both an aesthetic Brazilian Lymphatic Sculpting Massage treatment and clinical Manual Lymphatic Drainage within their practice.
